After receiving your application we will send you a confirmation. The Human Resources Department of WEB selects the candidates who qualify for an interview.

This may be followed by a job interview, an employment conditions interview, an assessment and a medical check.

Internship and graduation

Are you ambitious? Do you want to learn more and develop yourself? Are you looking for a challenge? Then WEB is the right place for you.

An internship or graduation research at WEB will give you a chance to contribute to an essential business on Bonaire: WEB is responsible for the supply of electricity and drinking water and for wastewater treatment. Wherever you get to work – Business Unit Electricity, Business Unit Water, Business Unit Waste Water, Customer Service, Service Unit – each department has nice and instructive jobs and projects.

Guidance and fee
No worries about good guidance. Technical internships at WEB are supervised by certified tutors. Also, WEB is recognized as accredited training company by Dutch Caribbean ROA (Council for Education and Labor Market). That means we can guide students of Secondary Vocational Education (MBO) and Higher Vocational Education (HBO) in practical training.

Depending on your level of education you receive a fixed internship fee by WEB. The internship contract will be dealt with by your educational institution.

Holiday jobs

Working in your holiday is a useful, educational and fun way to explore working life. You gain work experience and you make some money as well.

Each year WEB offers pupils and students the possibility to do holiday jobs. Once you are 16, you can get to work. That is possible in various departments of WEB. For example the warehouse, or the laboratory, or the garage.

Which work you can do and what WEB pays for it, depends on your level of education.
