Kralendijk, Bonaire – 30 July 2026 – Water and Energy Company Bonaire (WEB) has introduced a new customer bill. Customers who receive their invoice digitally can already view the new format. Customers who receive paper invoice will begin receiving the new invoice starting this Saturday.
Clearer and more user friendly
The new invoice features a clearer, more user-friendly layout, giving customers a better overall view of their water and electricity consumption and charges.

Coming Soon: MI WEB Customer Portal
In addition, WEB Bonaire is preparing to launch a new customer portal, MI WEB. Once the portal becomes available, customers will be able to access their bills digitally through a personal online account.
