Kralendijk, November 4th 2022 – Water- en Energiebedrijf Bonaire N.V. (WEB) is proud to have won the title in the commercial softball tournament on Aruba SKAK-PLUS last weekend. The WEB team has won all matches in the tournament and could call itself champion of the entire SKAK-Plus Aruba 2022 tournament.
Last weekend, the WEB team participated in the softball tournament of SKAK-Plus Aruba. The tournament took place from October 26 to 30, 2022.

Semi final
With this results, the WEB team has reached the semi-finals. In the semi-final, WEB played against KPA and won this match 7-0 and advanced to the finals.
Final
The final was played against The New Radiator Curaçao. WEB managed to hold on to 2 runs until the end of the match and became champion of the tournament SKAK Plus Aruba 2022 with 2-0. Player Burnaigel Gerly took home the “Most Valued Player” award of this tournament.
On November 1, 2022, the team returned home and was warmly welcomed at the Bonaire airport by the board of directors, the management team, a number of colleagues and family members. WEB management and staff are very proud of the result achieved. Hard work pays off! Let’s go for more!
