Collection policy

WEB assumes that you will pay your invoice on time. If you will not be able to pay your invoice before the deadline, we would like to remind you that a small payment delay can quickly increase. You then run the risk of have your connection turned off. You can save on your water and electricity by making simple adjustments. For more information, read our Saving folder, which is also available at our office. If you want to have more control over your power consumption, then our prepaid system, Pagabon, is a great solution.

Don’t forget, pay on time!

Before we have to begin the process of turning off a connection, we would like to inform you about the relevant steps and measures:
• You will receive a monthly invoice for your water and/or electricity consumption. If you have not received an invoice, call us right away.
• If we have not received your payment by the invoice due date, we will send you a reminder.
• If you do not pay the amount on the reminder after the due date, WEB must unfortunately proceed with turning off the connection. Unless the money owed totals less than $30.00 and is no more than six months old, in accordance with the Ministerial Decree on Electricity and Drinking Water BES, Article 3.1.

Please note:
If you pay through your bank one day before the due date, we advise you to send us a copy of the proof of payment on the same day, before 15:00 pm. Payment through your bank can easily take two workdays to process. As a result, you still risk having your electricity and water turned off.
