At the beginning of 2013, WEB was one of the first companies on Bonaire to sign a covenant with the consumer association Unkobon. We agreed to work together on the transparency of the performance and on appreciating our customer service.
WEB places its customers first. We are constantly working to improve our customer service. On April 13, 2017, Unkobon and WEB updated the covenant. We underlined our commitment by signing this covenant.
We also agreed to discuss with Unkobon new developments that concern WEB’s customers, in good time. As a result, the contribution of the consumers’ interests by Unkobon are guaranteed.
