WEB Bonaire believes that it is extremely important to provide good service. Unfortunately, things do not always go how we want them to. We do not like that, not for you or for us. If you have a complaint, please submit it so that we can solve the problem together. Complaints from our customers help us improve our services. Your questions or comments are also very welcome!
You can submit your complaint online via the form below. After we have received your complaint, we will immediately send a confirmation of receipt to your email address. The processing period for a complaint is a maximum of eight weeks after the date it has been signed, in accordance with Article 3.10, paragraph 6, the Electricity and Drinking Water Act BES (July 1, 2016).
